Ghosts. How do you talk to the ghosts in your house?

Question

Do you have a ghost (family member that passed away) or whoever in your house?   I do.  Im not sure who the ghost is, but ...how do I explain this.....
  I know I have a ghost.  Many MANY times I have been awaken by something actually grabbng my blankets and flapping them wildly (The parts of the blankets that hang off the bed)  When it first started to happen, I thought maybe I was dreaming or whatever...But it continued about once a week (No spicfic days) Then one day When it was happening I just layed there and let it happen to make sure I was fully awake before I looked over.  What I saw when I turned over to see what was doing it Scared me since I had never seen anything like it before.   What I saw was a black figure about three feet tall (Could only see its head and part body, All pure black, no face)  I then pushed my hand into it and said "Go away". The second my hand passed thru it It began to light up like millions of tiny lighting bolts.

I have dealt with spirits before. Next time you feel his presence or see him. Talk to him. "I know you're here, if you are a bad spirit and are up to mischief leave my house!" 
You need to do a cleansing on yourself and on your house. Get some Ammonia and do the cleaning with it. Mop your floors with it and in the rooms that you have carpet dilute it a little and spray on the floors. You can get a medium or a psychic to do the cleaning on yourself. 
Don't be scared, hes just there causing mischief so you wont get any sleep.

Document it with a camera/monitor outfit.  Then send it to Ghost Hunters on the Sci-Fi channel so we all can experience it.

In the same way you want to be spoken to!
Treat them as you want to be treated..
If it is a family member and they have something to say to you i find that they approach you in your dreams....even more so if they think that you might need them ...

I speak to them in a friendly and familar manner, like regular people.

I talk to them like a regular person....and when things start disappearing, I yell at them.  They tend to put things back in a hurry when you get mad at them.
