So far, it would have to be Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
I went to Vallarta Adventures and got to swim and ride on a dolphin...one of the best experiences ever! My husband got to golf on a course right on a beach. He loved it! We took a boat ride up the coast to Yelapa and then road on horseback up the mountain to a waterfall. The weather was awesome, the people were so friendly and my son, who was only 3 and a half at the time, loved it too. The beach was great too. We also got a deal on a 3 hour couples' spa package. Not gonna see that again! Everything just sort of fell into place and it was awesome!
