A Camera/ Video Camera That Is Under 100$ Would Yield Good Results But Can Come Pretty Close.

When I Was Ten, I Bought This Little Video Camera From Target, It Was The " Tiger Vcam Now" The Video Quality Was "o.k" but Nothing Great It Was 70$ and You had To Buy A Memory Card (Another 20$), Then It Stopped Working.

I Think Maybe You Should Save A Little More Money And Get A More Sophisticated Camera That has More Features. This is the only camera that i know of that is under 100$ i don't suggest that you buy it

Hope that i helped in some way.
