    Without a welder, your best bet is J B Weld or some other epoxy based glue, which may or may not be strong enough for whatever you intend to do with it.

    flat head small nail and super glue gel will hold for awhile suppose going to do the old nickle nailed on the step or floor trick huh ? lolo did that yrs ago

    Weld it sturdily. That's the only way it'll hold up.
