Do You Live Each Day To It's Fullest?

Once I realized that this is the only life I will have and once it's over I can't get it back. I try my best to get the best out of life daily. I take time out for myself to sit down eat some popcorn and watch my family. They are my in home entertainment and I don't have to worry about reruns.

I try to live each day to the full, I always make time to appreciate the beautiful sunsets we have here or the stunning beauty of a frosty morning, dewy cobwebs or the wonder of the unfurling of spring's new growth. But then I am lucky, I live in the country and can appreciate the change of the seasons beyond mere temperature.

Yes, I run out of time, but I try to be a good time manager, however life itself dictates the speed of our lives and can take control if we let it. I try to never book more than one appointment each day so I can give my best attention to that one.

Do I take time out for myself? If I didn't I think I would be dead! LOL We all need "me" time - its not bad to be selfish especially where health is concerned from time to time - its only bad when you become too selfish and you ignore the needs of others who rely on you. Saying "no" is a vastly underrated skill.

No I don't. Wish I did. But rarely achieve it. I always run out of time. I rarely take time out just for me.

The time I have for myself is at about 9.30pm when the house is in order and the kids are in bed.
