Feb. 18 Deal or No Deal: Did anyone else catch the strange event? Katie changed from case #22 to case #7.?

When Katie was down to the last three cases (one with $200 and two with the million), she chose case #22. Howie began saying that if that case had the $200 she was guaranteed the million. The camera jumped from the audience, family, etc. Then it seemed that the tape had been edited and the camera went to Katie who said, "Case #7." Howie had the model open the case which contained one of the millions. It turned out that case #22 had the $200. If the switch hadn't been made she would have walked away with a million. What I don't get is how more people didn't catch it.
