is it just me or does Barack Obama sound like "The Rock" when he's publicly speaking?

not a slam, it's just his delivery during speeches is different then while being interviewed. I'm waiting for him to ask "Can you smell, What Barack is cooking"

    LOL, I've been thinking the same thing for a long time and if you Google "obama sounds like the rock" you get a ton of results.
