Quick question about the LG Voyager (more specifically, Verizon plan)?

Ok, well I might get a Voyager in 2 weeks, and I had a question about the Nationwide plan. Now if I understand correctly, the premium plan includes text and pic msging, VZ Navigator, Mobile Web, and Email. and you still get charged for data usage (1.99/ mb). What I'm wondering is, what does that data usage entail? Just downloads like ringtones and programs? Or will I get charged for data usage for browsing the web, which I'm already paying for? Also does picture messaging count against data usage?

Update:

I was looking around on VZW website, and it seems that the Premium plans include the VCAST VPak, which should be unlimited data usage. so that's good.

The data is for ringtones and etc. The picture messaging I believe doesn't count as data usage because its not emails or the data is not being downloaded to your phone. The picture messages will be unlimited if you have the unlimited text messaging plan, I cant remember if that's this plan or not. Good luck.
