Project Runway: Sweet Pea Returns?

Question

I was looking at the site, and even though we have, after last night (the reunion episode, which I DVR'd and havesn't seen yet), still another couple episodes before the winner is chosen. 

Anyway, last I knew Sweet Pea was eliminated, then I look online as see that she has a collection and shows at Bryant Park. WTH? I mean, why not just tell me who won too? And how did Sweet Pea get back on? I agree that she deserves it, but what is the point of the competition if they don't even follow their own rules? Its supposed to be 2 people that make it to Bryant. Last year they couldn't choose and made it 3. This year, they still couldn't choose, made it 3, changed their mind, and upped it to 4? Its getting sort of pointless I think. 

Anyone else have on opinion here?

The final five were all allowed to put on shows at Bryant Park, but only three will have their shows on TV.  They do this so no one can spoil who the final three are, prior to the shows airing (Fashion Week had already happened, at that point).  I believe they have done this every season.  And, every season iit is supposed to be 3 finalists.  There were four last year - Uli, Michael, Jeffrey and Laura.  This year, they seemed to have to same dilemma - they couldn't, in good conscience, dump either Chris or Rami, since they are both very talented designers with very different aesthetics.  This extra final challenge for the two of them is new.

Project Runway always has a decoy that participate in the Bryant Park show.  There were two decoys, and Sweet Pea was one of them.  Next week, we will find out between Chris and Rami who the other decoy is. Although, they were allowed to showcase their designs at Bryant Park, they are not competing to win the money or title as the Project Runway winner.  They have decoys to prevent spoiling who the 3 remaining designers are.

Each season has had a designer create a decoy collection.  Perhaps Sweet Pea was allowed to back to do this.  I think though there is only 1 or 2 more episodes left to air this season.  One is the runway show and maybe one where Tim visits the finalists' homes.

Bryant Park isn't affiliated with Project Runway, meaning any one can show a collection there.

Remember when Kevin (the big straight guy) got kicked off?  He stated that he was going to show at Bryant Park anyhow.  There were non PR finalists who had a collection at Bryant Park last year also.

E! channel let it go last week, the winner is designing a dress for the Oscars and E! named the winner. The winner has been revealed! I am so upset about how this season unfolded, my only question is how, and why is Sweet pea back? Sympathy? I don't want to spoil it for you so I won't, but I'm sure you can look it up if you are curious!!

Season 1 there were three
Season 2 there were three
Season 3 there were four 
This season there will only be three Chris and Romi have to battle it out for the spot, spoiler-wise i don't think sweet pea comes back for bryant park but i don't know
they like to keep twists and thats why they change their rules
