    There is a pythagorean identity that says 1 + cot^2x = csc^2

solve this for cot^2x. cot2^x = csc^2x -1 substitute in for cot^2x in the numerator

    ((csc^2x -1)/(1+cscx)) + (sinx/1)(1/sinx)

    Factor the numerator

    [((cscx -1)(cscx +1))/(1+cscx)] + 1

    cancel the cscx +1

    (cscx -1) +1

    cscx
