survey easy two points?
okay there are several shops that sell one item and they all have slightly different prices the posted price is $80... you go into the shop and buy one item for $80 and you are there long enough to hear the next guys price is $50 you ask for the same price but its not authorized since the item is not refundable... so you complain to management and get the difference.... Do You?
A)leave hapily and return for the shop when you need to purchase again.

I agree with Ewood Eddie! I would definitely leave happy and come again! I got $30 extra bucks! yay

leave happily and return to the shop again, you expected to pay $80 for the item and you did, the shop didn't need to refund the $30 difference, so in my eyes that makes you $30 up.
