I'd recommend swimming/running and at the same time doing some light weight lifting. all this should be done atleast 3-4 times a week. While doing this you need to have a healthy diet, eating 5 small meals a day if possible. DONT drink soda or any kind of "100%" juice because they have lots of sugar that you don't need. Drink lots of water, about 8 cups a day.
If you're really determined to lose weight, then you will be more than wililng to do all this, i will be honest though it is very challenging, but good healthy weight loss results are a guarantee!!

okay so what you gatta do to get you love handels smaller is to do a couple of sit ups and to lose weight is by drinking at least 5 glasses of water a day, a lot of you calleries will come out when you use the bathroom i lost 15 pounds in 1 month. ofcorse i ate a little less bcs the water took space in my belly
