You just got a "common" problem with clyndamicin: pseudomembraneous colitis is is done by a new bacterria colonizing your intestine, because the normal one has been destroyed by clinda. You have to stop using it immediately and contact your dentist/doctor, they will probably prescribe you an other antibiotic (metronidazole) to kill those new bacterias.

My Dentist perscribed me Clindamycin to I am on my third day of it. I would definately call your dentist and tell them the issue your having. Since it'e Saturday I am guessing your Dentist is closed. Until then before you take your pill drink about four ounces of milk after you take it eat a peice of bread. The milk is supose to coat your stomache and the bread is just to keep you from vommiting. do not take any more and contact your surgeon why had he prescribe those antibiotics are you allergic to other stuff or have you had lots antibiotics,why did you need antibiotics
