ok, we got unlimited texting and our bill cycle doesnt start until march 2nd. We had 1500 when we told them that we were switching to unlimited. So is the 1500 texts still counting until the 2nd or has the unlimited started yet?

It will start immediately. There will be a prorated charge on your bill for the rest of this billing cycle plus the next month in advance.
