What are characteristics of a good leader?

Self- confidence, humility, trustworthiness, extraversion, assertiveness, emotional stability, enthusiasm, sense of humor, warmth, courage, adaptability/flexibility, internal locus of control.

Character- to do what is right regardless of the circumstance

Perspective- to see what needs to be done to accomplish the goal

Determination - the drive and will to do what needs to be done

Team Building- the ability to encourage and empower others to join in accomplishing the goal
