Does anybody have a killer recipe for TWICE BAKED POTATOS?

I need this recipe as soon as possible please !!!!!

Please list ingredients and instructions, ok ???

    HEAVENLY TWICE BAKED POTATOES

    1 small yellow onion diced

    olive oil

    5 baking potatoes

    3/4c milk

    2tbsp. butter

    1 tsp pepper

    4oz(1/2 bag) kraft shredded cheddar cheese

    Pre-heat oven to 350 place baking potatoes directly on oven rack and bake for 1hour 20minutes.

    Meanwhile, cover the bottom of a skillet or frying pan with olive oil add onions to oil and sautee until tender (About 5 minutes) Remove onions from heat; drain excess oil. Add onions to medium mixing bowl.

    When potatoes are done, take out of the oven and cut the top 1/4 off of each potato (the long way) Scoop potato out of the shell and into mixing bowl with the onions. Add milk, butter, and pepper to mixture. With mixer, combine ingredients until well blended. Add cheese and mix with spoon.

    Place potato mixture into a medium sized plastic bag. Twist bag (bag should appear as a pastry bag) with scissors, clip the corner off the end of the bag. Squeeze the potato into each shell. place on cookie sheet and bake another 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and light brown crust forms on top of potatoes

    OR

    TWICE BAKED POTATOES

    baking potatoes

    milk (either whole or evaporated)

    butter

    salt and pepper

    cheddar cheese (shredded)

    Bake potatoes until done (either at 400 deg. in oven for 45 minutes or in microwave). Cut open lengthwise and scoop out insides.

    Put insides in a bowl and mix with milk, butter, salt and pepper until creamy consistency. Scoop back into potato hulls, top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake until cheese melts.

    OR

    RANCH STYLE TWICE BAKED POTATOES

    5 medium baking potatoes

    1/4 cup butter

    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided into 1 cup

    3/4 cup sour cream

    1 envelope of Ranch salad dressing

    1 tbsp fresh snipped chives

    1 garlic clove

    1 regular pack of your favorite bacon

    1 gallon size Ziploc bag.

    1) Cook bacon until extra crispy. Remove bacon and take as much grease off as you can. Crumble bacon into "Bacon Bits" size and set aside for later.

    2) Bake Potatoes at 400°F for 1 hour or until tender. Reduce heat to 375. Cut potatoes in half and scoop insides of potato into a mixing bowl saving the skin.

    3) With mixer, mix bacon, 1 cup of cheese, chives, butter, sour cream, Ranch dressing.

    4) Fill the Ziploc bag with the potato filling. Cut a corner out of the bottom bag and fill potato skins.

    5) Sprinkle the other 1 cup of cheese over top of the potatoes and put in oven at 375°F for 15-20 min.

    MEXICAN TWICE BAKED POTATOES

    3 med. baked potatoes

    2 tbsp. sour cream

    2 tbsp. butter

    1/4 tsp. each salt & pepper

    Dash Tabasco (opt.)

    7 oz. can Mexicorn with peppers

    1/4 c. shredded Jack cheese

    1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

    1/8 tsp. paprika

    1/4 tsp. chili powder

    1/4 tsp. finely minced onion

    Cut potatoes (baked) in half and scoop out into a bowl. Mash potatoes with sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Stir in Mexicorn, onion, chili powder and cheddar cheese. Refill shells with mixture. Top with Jack cheese and paprika. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

    TWICE BAKED POTATOES WITH BROCCOLI

    4 med. baking potatoes

    2 tbsp. butter

    1/4 c. skim milk

    1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    1/4 tsp. pepper

    1/4 c. chopped broccoli

    1/4 c. finely chopped red pepper

    Pierce potato skin with a fork. Bake potatoes at 450 degrees for 45 minutes or until fork tender. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut a thin slice off top of each potato. Carefully scoop out potato insides; reserve shells.

    In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat potatoes and butter until creamy. Gradually beat in milk, garlic powder and black pepper; stir in broccoli and red pepper. Spoon mixture into reserved shells. Arrange in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20- 25 minutes or until hot.

    I made this one at thanksgiving two years ago. BIG HIT! And really quite fast. Enjoy!

    Crab stuffed twice baked potatoes.

    4 medium potatoes

    1/2 cup milk

    1/2 cup butter

    1 teaspoon salt

    2 tabelspoons grated onion

    1 pound crab meat, ( i used imitation crab)

    sharp cheddar cheese grated

    1. Preheat oven to 450*

    2. Bake potatoes for 1 hour, or until tender. Remove from the oven and let cool.

    3. Cut potatoes lengthwise. Scoop flesh into a bowl; save skins.

    4. Add milk, butter, salt, onion to potato flesh. Beat with a hand mixer until creamy.

    5. Fold in crab. Spoon mixture into the potato skind. Top with grated cheese.

    6. Place stuffed potatoes in a baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.

    Makes 4 servings

    Shrimp Stuffed Potatoes

    6 large Idaho potatoes

    vegetable oil for coating

    8 tbsp butter

    2 cups grated cheddar(with extra for sprinkling

    2 cups grated Monterrey Jack cheese

    2 cups sour cream

    salt and pepper to taste

    1 pound shrimp peeled and sauteed

    paprika

    preheat oven to 350

    begin by washing potatoes..dry them..prick with a fork on the sides....coat each potato with oil and place on a foil covered pan and bake for one hour

    Place butter in a large bowl...remove potatoes from the oven and cut in half...gently scoop out the potato and put in the bowl

    ..mix the butter, potatoes, sour cream, salt and pepper....fold the shrimp and both cheeses into the mixture...gently stuff potatoes back into the potato shells making sure not to break them...pile as high as you can on each potato the sprinkle cheese and paprika on top...then cook for 20 to 30 minutes till brown!!!! I actually cried the whole time I ate these..that's how good they are!!!!

    this was a major hit when my in-laws came to visit. my kids love it too (and they even look pretty)

    zucchini twice baked potatoes.

    -3 lg baking potatoes

    -3 cups shredded zucchini

    -1 medium onion chopped

    -2 tbsp butter, divided

    -1/2 cup sour cream

    -3/4 tsp salt

    -1/8 tsp pepper

    -1/2 cup shredded cheese

    scrub and pierce potatoes and bake at 400 degrees for 50-75 mins or until tender. cool until able to handle

    reduce oven to 350. in large skillet, saute onions and zucchini in 1 tbsp butter (or use cooking spray) until tender. drain and set aside

    slice potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp. place pulp in bowl and mash, adding sour cream,salt,pepper,and butter.stir in zucchini mixture. spoon into potato shells and sprinkle w/cheese. bake 20-25 mins on cookie sheet until heated through.

    these are SO good!!!

    try Ranch dressing in the " twice baked potato , it is yummy .

    Why would you need a killer recipe? If you are already baking them twice, I think they would already be dead.
