I ask for a manager. Since I have platinum blonde hair.. and I find a dark long hair in my food...... I let the manager know that this just grossed me out...and I won't eat it... and I won't! If they offer me a replacement meal I tell them I wouldn't be able to eat it..... I would ask for my money back.

Call your waiter over and also ask for the Manager on duty. The Manager needs to know of this issue. Then when then are both there explain the issue. Also mention how the rest of the food is. Meaning if it isn't the way you ordered it or if it is correct except for the "hair" in it. Also, mention how well you like the place you are dining at (if you do like it), mention how well the service has been (if it has been good). Don't just complain, also complement them also. This is where the Manager will say there are sorry they will fix remake your food and will take it off the check or they will comp the entire bill!

If it's a five star restaurant, alert the manager. I'm sure they will fix the problem and compensate you with a replaced meal on the house. But if it happens at a fast food restaurant, they might try to say you planted the hair in the food yourself. Nevertheless, report it to the manager. If negativity transpires, report it to the Health department.

Oh I hate it when awkward situations like that happen because I never want to offend them, but it is very gross.
You should just tell the waiter politely though. He will give you another one, and it will help them improve.
