So far, no reason has been given. Here in STL, we're still bummed they canceled our show. Hopefully they hold it together long enough to make it until the end of March. My theory is that ticket sales aren't what they had hoped (at least for STL), so they made something up to postpone the show until they could sell more.
In the end, it's all about the $$$
