Insult or compliment?

insult...but a good look at how they feel.....your significant other is trying to tell you that they are lonely and its your fault........or more seriously they are not in love with you.....or you are boring

I once dated a girl...she was soooooooo pretty, looked like jennifer aniston...but she was boring...she didn't want to go out...she didn't want a physical relationship...she didn't want to do anything but sit on the couch and watch tv...

guess what i told her

" being with you is worse than being alone....I think you need to find someone your own speed...I'm going out to have some fun! have a good life!!" and yes, i can say that i was sooo frustrated that i ment to be mean and insulting.

Everyone thinks its an insult...BUT

I like being alone. This is a time when I feel like I am my true self and happy...

so i'd say, Compliment!

i would take it as time to talk. maybe this person feels alone with you because the two of you dont talk and share things like you use to. dont jump to conclusions. if this person feels you matter none, and they might as well be alone when with you, then tell them where to go. but put the comment into perspective before judging, it could be a cry for attention, a cry for changes in routine and relationship. talkkkkkkkkkkkk.

Maybe they meant that being with you makes them feel like you are the only 2 on earth, but it all came out the wrong way...... I would probably ask the person exactly what they meant before judging too harshly.

i wouldn't call it a compliment - a man is lonely while being with u. it means u re cold and not supportive, u re not a partner and he feels as if he is still alone - he has noone to turn to
