Where can someone with low-income receive dental help?

    The Junior College in my town has a dental school and the students under close supervision clean teeth at a reduced and very reasonable rate. I think it is $13 to have teeth cleaned. Check around at the colleges close to you.

    Yes. Many universities and clinics cater to those who can't afford basic dental care.
