    well you can try to test your flexibility by laying out your feet in front of you (on the floor) and reaching as far as you can. the further the better. i suppose it's good if you're flexible you won't be too stiff and you can bend in many ways? lol, and well you can compete in gymnastic tournaments in the future, i know that sounds kind of weird but it's true. hope i helped!

    But, on to your question...

    1. A simple way to tell if you are flexible is to see how far down your legs you can touch with your finger-tips, but if you can remember any exercises from PE, almost all of those stretches test your flexibility.

    2. Well, what could be bad about being flexible? In some sports being flexible can be very helpful (Ice Skating, Gymnastics, Dance, etc.) so I don't see any reason that it would be bad.

    3. I believe I just answered that question in a way above... but it helps in a lot of physically tasking jobs to be flexible, and to add to #1, flexibility can be shown in example by Yoga exercises and classes.

    1. yes there is a way you can know if your flexible. iam very flexible, i have been doing gymnastics for almost 11 years now. you can find out if your flexible by seeing how much your body can bend in a certain direction. you could see if you can do a spilt, or bend your back, or bend dow and touch the floor with out bending your legs

    2. its not bad to be flexible. its actually very good to be able to stretch like that!

    3. you can use flexibility in the future in many ways. you could become a gymnast, or a gymnast teacher....anything that really has to do with gym, or streching, or well, flexibility. hope this helps

  • 1.) The best way to know that your flexible is probably to stretch as far as you can, for example sit on the floor and see if you can touch your head to the floor, if you can you have a flexible neck and back. other stretches will determine the rest.

    2.) Being flexible isn't really good or bad. I am very flexible, Ive been a gymnast for almost 12 years, and being flexible has helped me with the routines but at home they don't help nor help me

    3.) Using your flexibility depends on you. If you like gymnastics its a great idea to get into that. If you want to know what it can help you with around the house, having aquarium flexible back can help clean low things like bathtubs also people who are more flexible don't have as far to bend as those that are not.

    kk well you can try stretching your hands out and trying to touch your toes while your legs are kept straight. also dont go buying a yoga book because some of the things you have to learn to do!!! you can become flexible if you do sports or do yoga, if you touch your toes everyday you'll stay flexible because as you grow your flexability weakens and weakens while if you start at a Young age you can get better and better. wen you grow up if your flexible you can be a gymnast or ballerina or yoga instructer. also if your flexible you ll be good at karate and those kind of sports. if your flexible it just means your body's more used to stretching, there's nothing good or bad about it. if you want to be flexible just stretch a lot and take sports

    1. sit down and put your left foot in and your right straight out. Place your hands on top of the other and see how far you can stretch your hands. Girls usually can stretch past their foot about 2 inches.

    2. It's good if your flexible, guys like it lol

    3. you can use flexibility in the future by becoming a professinal contortionist and working at a circus

    If you can do a back bend easily and touch your toes without bending your knees your flexible. Being flexible is a good thing in my opinion. Flexiblity could help or come in handy in sports.

    Sit down spread ur legs out and try 2 touch your toes with out bending ur knees or try to do th splits.its good if ur flexible. My daughter is very flexible she can do the splits, reach past her toes,fit in not that big of an cabinet and prob even fit in a box.

    set your hand on a table (shorter than you),straighten out your arm,if you see your crease in your arm (where your arm bends) your elbow is flexible.

    1. -take a meter ruler and put it between you feer souldter width apart. (sitting) keeping your knees flat onthe ground reach past your feet as far as you can and hold it and see whichnumber your (pointer finger) finger is on. alot of people can only get to bout 10 cm. :D i can go to 20 cm! :D

    -on your tummy put the (get a partner to help) ruler verticle in front of your face.... without using your hands lift up your shoulders and head s far as you can. above 30 is better than a bunch of people i know!

    -the splits. thats impressive..

    - how far back can your arms go past your head. like put your arms up and hold hands. and try and go past that way.

    all those things can measure how flexible you are.. to get more flexible strech after exersicing. do toe reaches. things like that.

    2. its not bad! it loosens your muscles n stuff.. its not bad lol

    there really isnt any thing special about it unless you are a cheerleader or play sports.( cheerleading kinda a sport)
