Housing Market on Oahu.?

I'm looking to retire in Hawai'i in the next couple of years. Can anyone tell me what the average is for a 2 bedroom home in the hills would cost?

I need to know what I am shooting for.

    Areas like that don't really tend to crash like the rest of the country has, so aim high!

    Looks like anywhere between 250 and 900 depending on what you're looking for based on my 30 second search on Coldwellbanker.com
