I want to email people a form which they fill in on their browser and email back to me. Don't want to setup a website or integrate with a database. just very simple data for a sailing school so parents can register. thanks for your help. ps ideally free software

Their are few remote hosted programs with Advertisement. But it will be better if you have your own with customized form. It will cost you US$25 for life time.
