    sometimes a hug is better.... aslong as u can feel they mean it and they are a good hugger.

    Long hugs once or so from my wife, and/or kids and grandchildren are very important.

    I like almost everyone to touch or calmly take hold of my forearm when talking to me. For a short moment.
