What needs to be installed to run ".php" files???

I am using windows XP intel cerelon.

I dont have php or PHP server.

I want to download server as well as whatever is necessary to run ".php" files.

Can anybody answer with all the direct download links???

    a) Apache web server (there are others)

    b) MySQL database

    Free php file browser, useful if you have a 'dump' folder on your server where you regularly upload files and you want to be able to see what's there.
