i get on with him sooooooooo well but he is already taken! whats your opinion please?!?

there is a guy that already has a gf but he moans about her to me, not saying the nicest stuff about her and she doesn't say very nice things about him e.g that he is weird etc. she also seems to wack him and stuff (not realy hard or anything) and is just generally a bit odd. i speak to him pretty much everyday and he comes over to talk to me. when we chat he keeps eye contact and if someone else tries to talk to him he either tells them to wait or to go away. he seems to enjoy making me laugh and i make him laugh too. what does anyone think of this???

Making each other laugh is a 'bond maker'.  However, with regards his 'Other', do nothing until he is without his 'other', and that way you cannot become 'responsible' for anything that might be thrown your way that's makes you out as the 'Bad One'.

As long as you KNOW you have not done anything and are conscience FREE, then you will feel and be in the clear.

leave well alone. You don't want to be that girl - ie, the one who weedles a guy off his girlfriend. He shouldn't slag her off to you, that's not right, but maybe he just sees you as a confidant. If he wants you, he'll break up with his girlfriend. If you let him have you while he's still with her, he'll get it into his head that he can get the best of both worlds with two girls.

He obviously doesn't think much of his present gf so, if you like him (which you do!), i would ask him out on a date. if his gf doesn't appreciate him, you will.

ok, its obvious he likes you. but asking him out or telling him will go WAY into that girls territory.
