Forty Time?

I am 5'4 145 pound running back im a sophmore in highschool and today i ran a 4.81 forty, How can i improve that and is that well for a sophomore in highschool?

    Get a backpack.. fill it with weights or rice, or whatever and run the 40.. Its much cheaper than going and buying a chute, or weighted shoes and works just as well.. Really doesnt matter how you do it the key is RUN WITH WEIGHT!!!

    Man...and I thought this question was going to involve beer!(You shouldn't drink beer seeing as you are a minor and you are in high school..it's bad)

    Anyway...your coach will have the best advice and can help you develop a plan.

    ask your coach what "boxes" are he'll probably know what to do with you. Doing boxes got me half a second faster in my 40

    it's ok if your a power back or elusive to improve it squat every day run every day to get up leg strengh and stamina and youll be good.
