How to pick cuts of meat???

I ahve never been good at picking meats konw the basics i guess you would say what is the best pan fry meat?

Grill?

Broil?

any suggestions

What about fiet minion(sp) how is it cooked is it good?

    Hamburger or Cube steak for frying.

    Grilling-Top Sirloin, T-bones, Porterhouse.

    Filet Mignon is good and tender but lacks flavor. Broiled under intense heat to Medium Rare is best.

    Many cook books show the cuts of meat, Your butcher can tell you about the cut of meat. your recipe will give you all that info.
