Ok my hubs is getting medically retired were just waiting on papers.

I have a stupid question that i believe i already know the answer to but I am gonna ask and hopefully get the right answer. I am assuming that when he retires I get a military retiree ID card just like I have for him being active duty. Is this right? Meaning i can use the commissary and gym on base still i mean isn't that part of retiring. He says oh i might have to go with you because i am the retiree which i don't think is right. Every retiree wife i have met has their own card and uses the commissary,PX and base gym. Is this correct? He has a federal job lined up and we can live on post so i want to use the base gym and of course the commissary.

OK so my friend and her hubby are getting a divorce. He is military and he already has a girlfriend even though he is still married. My friend found out she has cushings disease and has a large brain tumor and not sure if it is cancer. So he told her he would stay married long enough for her to get the medical she needed. Her plan was to move home with the kids have surgery and recover. She packed all her stuff and was ready to go and then one week before she was to leave he decided to threaten her with a protective order to keep their kids (i mean she had already paid for plane tickets non refundable). So she had to unpack all their stuff and leave them and supposedly he will take them to her once she is better and settled. I have this feeling he is going to file for custody as well as divorce like now instead of waiting. He is 30 and his new girl toy is barely 20 and is a military man chaser i think she is just looking for someone to take car of her and my friend left yesterday and last night the girlfriend was on the verge of moving in with him. Now here is the kicker he is good friends with my hubby and has been invited to come over for thanksgiving and christmas but i am not sure how to act about his girlfriend coming, with him in the military it is "illegal" for him to have a girlfriend while still married and i already feel caught int he middle of this entire mess because she wants me to keep an eye out fer her kids she is afraid he will not properly care fer them, and i know for a fact he is leaving them with the new girlfriend while he goes to the doctor and such, she is also afraid he will not correct them if they decide to call the new girlfriend mommy the kids are only 3 and 9 months.

So if he comes to our dinner do i tell him she isn't welcome? I just don't know. I honestly think he is looking for an easy lay and i am not comfortable with her coming to my house when he #1 is still techinally married and #2 his wife is a friend. I do not have a problem telling him if he isn't caring for the kids i will call CPS and his chain of command, i think he kept them to piss her off more than anything and not have to pay money. Any suggestions????

I had it last Thurs (9th). The first chewable i got made me physically ill so i went and got liquid centrum that i mix in my shakes. I ordered a calcium crystal from Bariatriac advantage and are waiting on them to come and my dr gave me B-12 injections to do. So i am struggling with the shakes and they are winning i only get in about 60-70 grams a day vs the 88 i need and i am having a hard time getting in my 64 oz of water.

I am still on the liquid diet also and hating it.

So does anyone have any suggestinos to help me out somehow? How you survived i am getting sick of soup i do have some FF SF puddings that are ok and i handle well. I never feel hungry and i can't tell if i am full i stop when my belly starts making noise. I have only lost about 7lbs and i am so frustrated and sometimes wording why i did this although i know why. I still have to cook for my family and it kicks my butt.

Does anyone have any suggestions??? Any tricks you used to make it I go to the dr on the 22nd and hoping for the puree stage sctually looking foreward to it. Thanks for any help

We have 3 kiddos one age 7 and twins age 4, only one is still working on pottying, she owuld not be required to feed or bathe them just sit and play and watch them for say 4 hours max prob. I first asked her and she said $20 and hour and i can in no way afford that. I told her i cannot afford it and she said $10 an hour. Little more reasonable however if she has to do nothing i think it is still a little high. I ran a home daycare and was certified in everything by the state and military post and i only charged $3 an hour per child. For me that would be $9 an hour but i also go if she were working say at a daycare she would only get $6-8 an hour. My friend who watched them for 3 hours and i paid her $20. It has been a while since i have had a babysitter and i am out of the loop on how much to pay i know when i was a teen we got paid about $5 an hour no matter how many kids. Does anyone know where to find the standards for it or have any suggestions?

She is CPR and first aide certified.

Ok so i was watching some re-runs ok them when they first started out and she was so nice and looked normal and healthy, now i watch it and she is nasty looking and such a royal b**** . I think that if it were not for paying child support for 8 kids he would be gone. I think her "fame" if you want to call it that has gone to her head and that their show has run it's course and their kids deserve to have a normal life. It was their choice to have 8 kids and i do not think they should be paid for it anymore. She used to be nice and seemed to love her kids and anymore she acts like she is just in it for money and fame. does anyone else think that? Personally i do not condone cheating however if John did do it does anyone blame him after the way she treats him?

Were military and they have had a big blow out won't go into to many detail cause i don't think i should tell her business but it was something she said to him and he hasn't spoken to her since last wednesday when it happened and when their son who is 3 ask for food or drink he tells the child no go ask mom and their daughter who is 3 months cries he just shoves a bink in her mouth and waits for mom to do it.(not breast feeding) He is being a total a** i mean you can be mad at her but don't treat you kids like that. She has apologized like 3 times. He hasn't even had the balls to be a man and say to her i am leaving i am not happy nothing he won't eat the food she is cooking nothing. The only reason she knows is because of the counceling they are in. I have told her to keep a journal of his treatment of the kids and her and how it went down and that she has apologized and is trying to make it better and that he isn't even trying. She dosen't work and has no idea what she will do. She left him once when she was around 7 months pregnant with their first child after finding out he had planned to leave her high and dry to go back to his ex-girlfriend he wasn't there when the child was born or anything. So i am trying to give her advice but my hubby and i are happily married and i don't want it getting in our marriage since were friends with them and i do not know what to tell her????

Ok i will be having surgery end of the month i am nervous but i have tried it all to loose weight. I know in the end this will be good and i am also not going into this thinking it is easy either.

So i am wondering if anyone out there has any sites or anything that i can find diet plans for after surgery and also what kind of vitamins to take and where to get them. Any help would be great i would love some thanks!

She is almost 3 months old she has just finished 2 kinds of antibiotics one for kennel cough/urlickia, and one for a very mild case of parvo. She eats and plays fine like there isn't anything wrong she is active and has good color drinks plenty of water and pees and poops normally, she seems to have a runny nose and sneezes but there is no green snot only clear she goes to the vet on Monday(16th) and i am wondering if i should take her sooner i don't want to pay $40 for them to say she is fine if i am going in next week anyway. Has anyone else had puppy prob like this? If so could it just be allergies? We rescued her from the shelter and she is a terrier/chi mix of some sore we think she is more jack russel any ideas from anyone?

We live in New Mexico and it get really warm were trying to fix my husbands headliner and i was wondering if anyone knew the best kind of glue to use? It needs to withstand hot temps and stick to plastic any suggestions?

Ok so my son was only 4 when he started k-garden but he met the cut off for turning 5 so he was young they passed him on to the 1st grade (5 when he started) he was the youngest in the class personally i think he should have been held back in k-garden so now in turn he did not do well in 1st grade so he is repeating it no prob to me really he is young so here is my problem we have never been told YES he has adhd or add he has serious focus problems and to me seems not to care that he doesn't get his work done he also is lying telling the teacher he doesn't want to do his work and cannot seem to keep his hands to himself and when we talk to him he seems like he gets this blank stare like he doesn't care what were saying. We take away privileges when he doesn't behave but it doesn't seem to matter. I know he knows right from wrong but it is as if he doesn't get it for some reason that he is doing something wrong. Anyone else have this or any suggestions? I know he is still young but it worries me just a little. Thanks

So i need to know which side of town is the best to live on were military and have been told that the west side is the better side of town to live on so i wanted to know if anyone had any advise or lives there and can help me out thanks in advance

I have bouhgt on ebay but was wondering how much it cost i read over the fees but wanted to konw if anyone has sold and how much the cost boil down to and how hard it is i have a ton of cute kids clothes and was thinking of trying it out. Any one with experience.

Last week when they made their home trip one of the brothers cooked something with chicken and marinaria sauce for his family there was something else in it was it a kind of squash?? and if so what kind of would like to try it out.

My sister is thinking of going in to the airforce and some is telling her that the airforce is the last to go to Iraq my hubby is army so in know a lot about iraq however is what this person telling her is true cause i want her to have the real picture of it not some picture some is painting for her to get her to join, does anyone kown and i mean i konw that it does depend on her job and what she does but like i said she needs the real facts!

I try to go at least 4 times a week and again i am just atarting so i usually do a mile on the tread mill in 25 mins, then i lift weight what can I slowly add and not feel like i am killing my self. When i say weight i mean the machines like ab's, and legs right now.
