Don't rush things,take your time and be her friend.Show her what a good guy you are,gain her trust.Do little things that'll show her you care.That's the best way to win her heart.

She doesn't really mean it that she doesn't want to fall in love again, all women want to fall in love, she is probably still hurting from a past relationship. The best thing you can do is take it easy and don't push her, that way she will know that she can trust you.

take it slow. treat her right. dont push her to do things she doesnt want. show her that you would never hurt her.. maybe just maybe you will be the one to make her want to fall in love again and if not dont push her to the point where your pushing her away. take your time.

keep trying. you gotta know what moment to stop pushing and just be a friend, that can be the one thing to un-arm her :)
