You've been given a gift of 24 hours? Tomorrow is leap day and you have an extra 24 hours. What will you do with the extra time?

Update:

Oh, come on Radd, is your glass half empty or half full? Ya got an extra day! This year there are 366 days instead of 365! Stop getting serious!

Yes I did notice, and am amazed at how many didn't. we can make something good of it or be a blah blah person. I chose to take it as a gift, as everyday is. Hope this is a special day for all the 2/29 birthday's.

I would wish all the Leap Year birthday people a happy one and tell them they don't look a decade over 15. I have wondered how those with a February 29th birthday celebrate.

Contemplate the end of the world using the Mayan calender, the most accurate calender in the world even today. Or maybe just have some broccoli soup.

I would spend the whole day with my sweet and funny

children. In the evening I'd watch one movie after another

eating popcorn and dill pickles. ( sounds weird I know but I just love eating them together.) Thanks for reminding me of the "extra" time. Lol

I would love to spend it having fun but I have woken up with a upper respiratory thingy. Will spend the day watching movies and resting.

Go to work as usual. Actually, my car broke down last night so I got a ride with a coworker friend.

today i spent going to church for our 40 hour Eucharistic adoration, i spent three hours this more praying. it's a very old tradition which started long ago. it's praying to our lord for repentance of the many sins from mardi gras, and of course for our own sins, and then of course i came home for a nice nap

I hate to break your bubble but it is just one more day. It is not and extra day just the next day. Just because there is one extra number on the calander does not mean it is an extra day. It is just the next day. We only add it to keep the sun and the time in sinc. Every day you wake up is an extra day. Every day is one extra day for everybody and everyone. Every day is a gift. Haven't you noticed.
