Since a leap year has 366 days, don't you think Feb 29 should be a holiday?

I think that is an excellent idea! Like a federal holiday, and all employers are mandated to give their employees the day off.

My daughter became into born Feb twenty 8th. i became into curious so I asked what could have took place had she been born on the twenty ninth (it became right into a bounce 12 months) the Dr mentioned that they could have asked me if i wanted the delivery certificates to show the date of delivery as Feb twenty 8th or March a million.
