can you rename an ipod if you buy it used?

I don't know why it bothers me, it just does.

    yea you can

    when you see your ipod in the left side of itunes you can change the name there just click on the ipod's name twice and it will let you change it

    The only way you can rename it is by restoring it to factoring settings.

    yep , you could . when you plug it into your computer and it loads to itunes , restore it, then rename it .
