ps2 problem UNABLE TO READ DISK?
my ps2 is 3 month old it would not play daul layer disk so i sent it for repair and got it fix but the thing is now it got a mind of its own it play some game both single and daul layer and to others it shows UNABLE TO READ DISK so can anyone help me solve this problem

where are u buying the games from ?
The problem might be caused by the region code.
See region code works like this, if u bought a ps2 from Australia then it can only play the games from Australia and some of the games from Europe.

WOW, if your having that much trouble with that system take it back and get a new on. i have a PS2 slim, and i only had it for one year and i never really had much trouble with ps2 slim. the only thing i had trouble is the lens was dirty.

try setting it up vertically, i used the vertical stand when mine would read some dvd disks and then it worked fine for some odd reason lol
