tasmanian tigers?

Did tasmaniam tigers travel in packs? I cannot seem to find out anywhere! I have tried google with no luck. Does anyone happen to know?

I know its sad that they became extinct but I dont have to have too much accuracy its not for a report or anything its for personal refrence.

    The information seems to be they were largely solitary but occasinally may have hunted in pairs or in small groups often made up of a mother and her nearly grown young.

    I don't think anybody knows. They became extinct before anybody was able to find out.
