How many of you are having serious problems with Yahoo mail and have received no help nor answers from Yahoo?

And I´m a paying customer to boot!

    I know that lots of people have problems, but many of them seem to be easily resolved. A lot of them seem to revolve around bad cache files (clearing your cache regularly helps that) or bad javascript issues. I've seen that downloading the latest Java and being sure it is enabled helps a lot.
