divorce was finalized a year ago. was supposed to get big chunk of money, hasnt happened. ex keeps on re filing court things, dragging it out.I keep asking my atty to please get me the money I am due, get the ex to stop filing court motions and it doesnt stop.I keep on having to go to court, and paying my attorney. how do I get my money, how do I get the ex to go away.do I sue him?how do I get judge to know that all I want is my money and for him to go away forever? 1. you can not make your ex go away.
2. you can not stop your ex from filing motions.
3. if you would like your attorney to continue to represent you,
you must pay him/her
4. if you are not understanding what is going on in your case, you need to clarify it with YOUR attorney. you are paying him and HE should be answering your questions. only your attorney knows everything that is going on, and he is the best person to ask.
