Hey i have a final fantasy IX game and my games all scratched up wont work, what do i do to fix it?

I've had final fantasy IX for a long time and its all scratched up and i want to play it badly, how do i fix it? Please help!

    A Disk Doctor should fix it up really nice and new-like, but if you don't have one/don't want to buy one, toothpaste can make a decent substitute.(I don't recommend that.) Just be sure not to damage the disk. A few game stores (look for any in your area.) Might be able to reface it for a fee.

    That Tooth paste thing does not work all it does is make it worse I'm completly serius. Take it to a game stop they will do it for a fee or free can't remember. Or if you want to just do it yourself this http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_...

    Works great you may have to do it more then once but I've used it on some really messed up discs and it makes it so they work and Look Great!
