Why does an "expert" need to insult others?

I asked a question about AT&T Yahoo's Norton service not supporting Firefox and was attacked by a poster. Here's a fact.AT&T Yahoo uses Norton Security Suite for it's customers. When I attempted to download it, AT&T told me I couldn't. But I was roundly attacked by a poster, who I have noticed regularly attacks everyone else on here. And BTW, it is experts in the security field who say Firefox is more secure. Not me.

    I know what you mean. Even people on yahoo answers are snoughty and mean.

    People are not happy unless they are able to put some one else down. (You can report the person if you feel they have violated you on Yahoo Q&A.
