The Illinois senator also sought to ease lingering Internet-fed concerns about his religion, in particular whether he was a closet Muslim.
"I am a devout Christian. I have been a member of the same church for 20 years. I pray to Jesus every night," he declared at an earlier appearance in the rural southern Ohio town of Nelsonville. He said he wanted to halt "confusion that has been deliberately perpetrated."

I think the refuted rumor that Obama is Muslim is getting old, but it will probably stay around for a while.

A basic problem is "IF" he is a Muslim sent to destroy America. Then he would be required to lie and say he is not a Muslim.
I believe someone posted a page from the Koran last week that established that it was good to deceive Infidels.
All we can do is judge him by his actions. If he starts any Pro Muslim Programs then we can assume he is a Muslim.
Until then he is just as he says, "a skinny kid with big ears"

So what if he were Muslim? I don't understand why this is an issue unless people are just stupid and relate all Muslims with 9/11 and Terrorism.
