Be determined... and think of how much money you can save if you will drink water.. Think of something you can buy from saving money and not wasting it to some unhealthy drinks. Imagine yourself having a big tummy when you reach your 40's and you wouldn't fit to an XXL american size shirt. And when you go to Asian countries you can't buy souvenir shirt cause you will be XXXL in Asian size and they just don't have that size.
Every time you want to drink grab a fresh juice instead of soda. Coffee twice a day is all right but choose the coffee with antioxidant.

your body has become a bit addicted to caffeine,
If you'll stop it at once you will feel lathargic and tired,
so the best way to cut down is to slowly taper off....
start by drinking 2 and half for two weeks and then to 2 cups for the next few weeks....in the meanwhile do proper exercise and eat healthy, so u dont really feel 'low'.... like this you can finish this habit in about 3 months.same goes with soda and energy drinks such as redbull.
old habit dies hard but its worth it to give it a try!!! gud luck

First lose the soda and then one cup of coffee per day tea isnt a bad thing to drink and you will have the headaches if you go cold turkey

Gradually replace one cup a day with a non-caffeinated beverage. I recommend Green Tea since it's rich in anti-oxidants. I wouldn't recommend quitting cold turkey, though.
Steve Pavlina wrote a very interesting article on the subject that I read a while back. Check it out in the sources.

I had this problem before, all you have to do, if ask a family member or a friend to help you take out all of your soda, and replace it with refreshing water, and then try to drink only ONE cup of joe, in the morning, and don't add to much sugar.

Don't buy it anymore. If you don't buy it, you can't drink it. Speaking of caffeine, I wwant some right now... and I think I'll go get some...
