Reduced-fat Tricuits or Apple rings?

I'm loading up on carbs to increase energy for a run. What is a better source of fuel: Reduced-Fat Triscuit crackers (which are whole wheat and have a small amount of heart-healthy monos) or apple rings (all sugar carbs, but still low GI and full of nutrients)?

    Both!!! but you do realize don't you that a serving of Triscuits is 6 of those tiny biscuits??? You should have the 6 Triscuits and half an apple sliced with one of those yummy cream cheese dips. Balanced snack of 1/3 each fats, protein and carb!!! BALANCE!!!

    But you would do better to use that as a between meal snack with lots of water and eat a very good BALANCED food plan!!!

    The best athletes eat a very balanced food plan!! Talk to your trainer!!! and your doctor!!!!

    Dude, triscuits are not whole wheat fully. They are a load of crap, same with those dried apple rings, dried fruit are loaded with chemicals so they don't go bad. None of those choices are healthy so like I wouldn't reccomened either.
