Who would you draft first in fantasy football - LaDainian Tomlinson or Adrian Peterson?

Peterson is a great RB, but plays with a not so great QB. Teams will put 8 men in the box without hesitation. Tomlinson is also a great RB, and still the best overall back in the NFL. He can run and accumulate receptions. He plays with a solid QB in Philip Rivers and a beast of a TE in Gates who also attracts a lot of defensive attention. So teams won't stack the line against the Chargers as much, which means more running room for LT. That said, I'd prefer LT over Peterson for now.

i think AP is going to have lesser numbers this year. if you look at his stats at the end of the year teams were figuring out how to stop him. with LT his carries might go up since they lost turner but he is also coming off a little bit of a knee injury....i really dont think you can go wrong either way though. they will both have there up and down games. i think petterson will have to play tougher defenses this year though.
