HP Monitor Question?
I just bought a new HP computer running Vista.
My monitor, HP w1907, seems to have a mind of its own. One second the screen saver will be on, the next second the screen saver is off. Then it'll be sleep mode, then it'll wake up. It's constantly up to something and it makes me crazy.
Any ideas?

Try putting your modem in standby mode and then let your screen saver come on and see what happens. I have the same problem as you except when my modem is in standby mode. With the modem in standby mode, I can put the computer to sleep and it stays asleep. My thought is that the computer detects "activity" when the modem is on and because of that "wakes up" even though you have not moved the mouse or touched the keyboard.
