    Ax+By=C

    3x-y= -7

    Y=Mx+B

    Y=3x+7

    Not sure which is standard form, but I know these are right. I inputed them into my TI-84 Pus calculator, it has a program you can solve algebra problems with.

    You have 2 points (each described by an ordered pair)

    Two points determine a line

    Standard form for math to describe a line is

    y=mx+b m stands for slope and b is the y intercept.

    So plot the line on a graph, find the y intercept ( where the line crosses the y axis) and the slope

    and write the sentence.

    standard form is Ax+By=C. not too good at this though. I prefer using slope-intercept form (mx+b=y). hope it helps someone.
