Pain in kidney going down to pelvic area.?

Been having pain in my lower right kidney area for the past 2 days. Lately it's been moving to my pelvic area. Thinking it's a kidney stone. Any thoughts?

Update:

It's exactly like the guy in this post.

yep, sounds like a stone! Go to the doc, if you have blood in your urine they will then send you for an xray or cat scan to see if they can visualize a stone. Good luck!!

Kidney stones are EXCRUCIATING. I have had many and they are so bad that you can't move, breathe, eat. Go to the doctor and get a urine test. They can tell you if it's a stone because there would be blood in your urine (you can't always SEE it but the test can detect it). More likely that it could be a urinary/bladder infection unless the pain is unebarable.
