Thus far there are only three named children who survive the crash - Walt, Emma and Zack. Walt left the island with his father Michael. Emma and Zack are brother and sister, taken early by the Others and watched over by Cindy, a flight attendant from the tail section. (We see her and the kids in season three). There's some dispute wether these are the kids we see dragging the teddy bear and whatnot.

As for the adults, that's a toughie. Twelve were taken from the tail section - their whereabouts unknown.

The Others not killed at the end of season three are currently in or near a place called the Temple / Ruins.

nothing about where the kids are has been told or shown

mabye by the end of this or next season we will find out..

something about babies and young kids is the issue for sure

Ben ordered Richard to take the remaining others (including the children) to the temple.

The Others have them. Except for Walt, who was released along with his father, Michael.
