My first trip to the city tomorrow and rain in the forecast... does it feel like it will just be on and off showers?

Based on what the weather is saying, it's supposed to begin raining this afternoon, pour like crazy overnight, then taper off tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning could mean 8am, and it could mean 11:30. Therefore, I'd dress for rain just to make sure you don't get caught unprepared in a downpour in case the forecast is off by a few hours.

from what our local news is telling me, today it going to be wet and tomorrow "less wet". but I'd still pack an umbrella and slicker.
