Low Carb Diet?
Me and the hubby are doing the low carb diet, we are still in the induction stage. Any body have any good recipes for this stage?

Before you get too far along, do yourself a favor and read all you can about Glycemic Index. It seems not all carbs are the same. Go to Google, they will give you all you can handle about Glycemic Index.
