Whats the best way to initiate conversation with a female in a public setting that you dont know?

Talk about something that's happening right there, wherever you might be. Then throw in a compliment. Ask her opinion about something. Go with the weather if you can't come up with anything else, then try to relate it to her in some way, like "how are those boots for the snow?"

you gotta do something smooth. it alll depends on the type of girl u want. if u want a serious girl u probally want to start a converstaion with her. i get girls and guys alot and heres some tips. #1 go up to her and just be like i really like that shirt it makes your eyes stand out than walk away. See that way she gets less defensive. she doesn't know ur raelly flirting so she goes for you. #2 find a cute way to start a coversation. ITs all about opening u can't just start talking to her u need to get a way into the conversation. like once two girls were talking about just eaze ur way into it. find a normal way to enter it. like if a girl is alone by herself just walk up and be like ugh i can't stand clubs or just sometihng to start convosation #3 be creative if u trying to get a teasy girl do something funny and creative. like i was at starbucks and the girl behind me in line was really hot. so when both of our drinks came out i purposly took her and secetly wrote my name and number in sharpie on the carboard thingy. And was like omg i think i took urs. if u want a serious girl u gooten find something u can agree on. like if ur in colege or class talk to her about the subjects be like omg i can't believe i keep getting bad grades i wish i had someone to study with.... just remember were stupid their samrt.
